Family visit part one

So much fun happening and time's going by way too fast with our Texas family. Well, actually one member (James) is currently living in Colorado working at Breckenridge, but was able to come over for a few days. He's loving the ski resort life by the way. And Krissy and Calvin are back in Kansas City. Missing you guys!

Hanging around. And of course tech happens at our house. It isn't all nature every minute. Ah well.

No lemonade today-rocks if you want them
View out Montanya - CB's hoppin' this summer
Lots of trips back and forth to Crested Butte of course. I swear it gets busier every summer.

Made it to Crystal Mill. Such a great jeeping trip. Paul and Sherry went with us and he hadn't seen it in 40 years. Happily not jammed with people at all. And since we last visited, there's a "no drone sign". Ha!

And the fishermen/lady prepare for battle (caught tons -let all go)
Fireweed everywhere
This doe seemed bound and determined to get to us. Crossed a river and a road to march right to where we were
Very special river the Crystal. It really is crystal clear and has enormous amounts of trout, cutthroat included. I did not fish of course, but had fun painting. We ended the trip with that great bbq from Slow Groovin.
Part 2 coming soon...
